A group of dedicated Orthodox Christians from five parishes and several jurisdictions in the greater Harrisburg area (OCA, GOA, SER, & BUL) have organized a coffee house/bookstore as an outreach in our state's capitol. This outreach is a way of bringing the light of Orthodoxy to our entire state. In doing this we are being faithful to the instruction of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ:
“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” - The Gospel According to St. Matthew 5:14-16
